Notes About Your Appointment

  • It is It is important that you arrive at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so you can fill out an initial health assessment. Also, arriving early gives you a chance to unwind and begin the relaxation process.

  • Filtered water and hot tea are available for your enjoyment.

  • Appointments begin promptly. Late arrivals will be charged the full service price and will not receive an extension of scheduled services.

  • A 24-hour cancellation notice is greatly appreciated.

  • Because of limited appointment availability, it is necessary for us to have a credit card number to hold your reservation.

  • If you have any muscles that are especially sore or need extra attention, please the therapist know know when you arrive.

  • This is your time to relax and escape. During your massage, if you feel like chatting, we’ll chat. If you prefer to relax in silence, please feel comfortable doing so.
