Hot Stone Massage: Relaxation massage, warm polished stones, and essential oils are combined for this heavenly experience. The soothing heat penetrates deep into the joints and muscle tissue inducing a deep relaxation.

Prenatal Massage: Gentle massage geared especially for mothers-to-be. Works toward relieving muscle cramps, spasms, and muscle pain common to pregnancy. Pillows and body cushions are used to provide comfortable, safe support while in the semi-reclined and side-laying body positions.

Injury Recovery / Sports Massage: A therapeutic massage that includes stretching and compression techniques. Rehabilitates soft tissue dysfunction that can result from physical labor, lifting weights or sports-related injuries.
